Thank you for the feedback. I had one the other day and when I logged it, that one snack just didn't seem worth it. It wasn't filling at all, just satisfied my craving for the moment. I went grocery shopping and found better snacks to help with my cravings. I also bought healthier snacks for the kids to enjoy.

Have you seen your Dr. lately? The same thing happened to me about a year ago. I went in to see my Dr and told him I've been working out, eating right and nothing. It turned out I had Hypothyroid. I started seeing results again after being put on meds.

I'm in my 1st trimester. I'm keeping my walking routine and some light weights. I went to the gym the other day and found myself dizzy after 20 minutes on the treadmill :( Once I'm in my 2nd Trimester I plan on stepping it up a bit. I've been using the JM 30 DS and she has a lot of move for thighs. Plus, I usually add in a plié or two with my workouts for my inner thighs.
