  • HI I've been working out with kettlebells for 8 months and I love them. Cardio and strength at the same time. I would make sure you have a good trainer or dvd to work with since you want to make sure you have the right technique. I would avoid Jillian Michaels kettlebell dvd since her technique is not great. just my 2…

  • I have a proform Xt which is the same as the Reebok PRecision XT. It was $30 on buy.com and I love it. I can change the batteries myself on the chest strap and the batteries are available anywhere. I don't do anything fancy except keep track of my calories but I know it can do alot more. hth Corky
  • I'm nursing my 21 month old twins but I didn't start trying to really lose weight until 3 months ago. I think I've been losing steadily over that time period but I've been careful since I still want to keep my supply up for the babies. I don't factor in the calories from breastfeeding since I'm not sure how much they are…
  • I'm not that well endowed but I love my enells. They are not very pretty but they really control the bounce and they are comfortable and wicking too. I've tried other sports bras and they just didn't control the girls well enough for me. I'm currently breastfeeding so I am sensitive to movement. hth

  • Anyone? Thanks
  • Just out of curiosity, how many dvd's are there for this series? I was looking on ebay and there are so many different workouts it's a little confusing. What would you recommnd for a beginner? Thanks Corinna
  • I'm a 34d and swear by my enells. I do a fair bit of cardio and I can't tolerate any bounce since I am still breastfeeding and bouncing hurts. I have the 0 and it is very very snug but the puppies do not move in this bra. I have lots of other sports bras but they don't hold a candle to the support from my enells. The…
