Quinoa flakes (like oatmeal), honey, almonds and walnuts, and fresh blueberries (or raisins if I don't have any blueberries). It's delicious and filling. It's about 300 calories.

I was never really a runner. I started really running about 4-5 months ago. I started with 1 mile, then increased it by a half a mile every week or so. I found that training for a 5K really helped me get into it. I just took 3:47 off of my 5K time in 10 weeks. And I ran 4 miles in 48 minutes today. It gets easier, I…

The more muscle you have, the more fat you burn. So, if your goal is to lose weight, this can help you accomplish your goal faster. Also it makes you more toned. I weight train a couple of days a week, at least.

I have found, in my experience, that guys like that have been rejected many times because of their appearance. This makes them lash out at any woman that looks remotely good. And you, honey, look amazing!
