I always eat after dinner! Usually I have 600-800 of my daily calories left just for evening snacks! Lol

I am 5' 8". I started out in 2009 at about 220 lbs when my daughter was a year old. Dropped 60 lbs in a year and then another 15 over the following 6 months. I maintained that for 2 years and then got pregnant with my son. I was back down around 150 lbs within 2 weeks after having him and have maintained for another year.

I eat between 2000 and 2500 calories and stay under 95% of the time. You can check out my diary if you'd like. I've spent a lot of time looking for the lowest sodium options of most foods - bread, tortillas, canned veggies, etc. I generally stay away from most processed foods also. :smile:

Try the old fashioned 5 minute oats instead of the quick ones - they have a lot more texture and not so mushy. I make them almost every morning. I have a ton and I love and use them all! Turbofire, ChaLean Extreme, Insanity, Insanity Asylum, P90X, P90X2, Brazil Butt Lift, and 5 of the Jillian Michaels dvds. I have more on my wish list too! Lol Hey, it's all about variety and keeping it interesting, right? =)

It depends on what you like. Slim in 6 and Hip Hop Abs will probably feel like a major step down after Insanity. Chalean Extreme is all about heavy lifting and will burn fat like crazy. I'm 5' 8" and about 148 and I only burn about 150 calories or so. I use my bodybugg as reference. I have had a lot of issues with the accuracy of hrm's reading way too high.
