  • You will only bulk up if you intentionally try and a lot of that would be to do with a specific diet. Also if you watch the interviews with the people in the Turbofire DVD's, they don't just do Turbofire, they are also personal trainers too so would be doing other form of exercise as well.
  • Ive only been doing this for a week - i ordered it as an alternative to turbofire (which I adore) and insanity (brilliant but not my thing) because I have bad knees so was struggling to do either of the others more than a couple of times a week. I find the cardio axe easy after the others but its fun, however the bum bum,…
  • I have Turbofire, P90x and Insanity and the truth is I am unable to complete a "program" in full due to my knees, I simply have to do what I can and alternate harder and easier days. I tend to moderate it and try and miss out the plyometrics but it is still possible to get a fantastic workout with it.
  • ive had to admit defeat on both turbofire and insanity - i cant stick to a schedule with 2 jobs and 3 dogs and already getting up at 4am - I do what I can when I can and some is better than none. dont worry about it ladies!
  • got to be honest i struggle with it too, i simply have to admit i cant do it everyday or try and modify it but keep the intensity and the enthusiasm - just stick with it but do lower impact some days as much as you dont want to
  • do you eat much soya? I try to limit my intake but tofu is a firm favourite of mine when heavily flavoured and always pulses, beans - even my husband chose the sweet potato and chickpea burger with me in the pub the other day over his Angus beef burger because he likes it (and I always get more on my meals!!!).
  • Im not following the schedule because I find it easier to do what I have time for. Most of this week has been 45 EZ but this morning my time was limited so I ran round the woods with the dogs then came back and Popped in HIIT 15 to finish followed by a quick stretch before shower/work. Love them xx
  • Im going to order these too as some days I have problems with my knees and despite vowing to make it a low impact and follow Alee, I never do as I like the jumping about too much then pay for it!
  • I had a hysterectomy in November and it has taken until now (mid March/beginning of April) to stop being in pain and to start being able to exercise again. I regret leaving my ovary now (the remaining good one) which I did to prevent menopause as Id already had a taste of it with some Zoladex injections and suffered…
  • Fire 45 EZ. Put Fire 55 EZ on the other day and only lasted 20 minutes as the music just wasn't doing it for me at all, in fact I felt quite irritated by it. Also sadly realised my Core 20/Stretch 40 disc doesn't work - anyone know if they send replacements?
  • I joined a couple of days ago to make it easier than searching/recording foods myself and second guessing how much I was burning off in exercise. Finding it really helpful. Dont have much to lose but struggle with hunger all the time so its reminding me what Im taking in and where I have room to squeeze an extra snack in…
  • ive had mine for months but not been able to do it as I had a hysterectomy in November and despite my best efforts, my body just wasn't ready for it until a couple of weeks ago and even now I have to stop sometimes or modify it. I love it though, it feels good to be jumping around again as I sat back and watched helplessly…
