Thanks for your response! 1- 2 times a day.. wow!!! twice a day - How do you do it?I just get to do intense cardio over the weekend and I know I need to step up on my cardio but work/life/commute gets in the way :)

Happened to me as well.. the first 2 days of my 30DS I was barefoot.. and my calf muscles hurt like crazy! Learnt my lesson.. we need the support and the shock absorbers :)

BUMP!! That has been my biggest trouble zone. I need to lose about 10 lbs and the pooch area alone houses 9lbs :) I'm on day 12 of JM's 30 Day Shred and although I haven't lost any weight, my clothes(especially trousers) seem to fit better.

Am in the same boat (work in the city as well) - I'd love to go out for a run on the beautiful Brooklyn Bridge or by the river but I end up brisk walking 'coz I have no access to showers. I don't sweat much - so its just baby wipes for me!

Hi Yasmeen, I am very excited as well to start the 30 DS by Jillian Michaels. Today is Day 3 for me and I am SORE! (That's probably because I haven't done lunges and squats in a very long time :) ) I hope to stay motivated and finish the program. Good Luck!! We can do it !!
