  • Ok! You are fooling yourself babes! You feel better because you are lighter! You need to eat *better* foods that will burn off when you exercise. Start logging your foods. Look at your fats, carbs and proteins then see how you feel after exercising on REAL food! Don't under-eat babes it is not good for you. xox
