My old clothes were getting pretty baggy, today I got my box of old clothes that were too small for me out of the garage.

I just ditched a whole bunch of XL shirts for L shirts and 3 pair of 36 jeans for 2 34s and a 32!

They aren't even snug anymore!

It is such a good feeling! Well done for that loss!
My local charity shop is loving me but if I carry on throwing my old bigger clothes out I will have no clothes left lol.

    Well done!

That's a good idea, I should get rid of my fat clothes so that I have nothing to fall back on if I start to chunk up again :D

No more XL shirts for me... I love the way the sleeve from the L fits around my bicep! :D

And at the gym today with the electrostatic handlebars I dropped below 20% body fat for the first time too... 19.3! Technically another non scale victory hehe.

So I was thinking "what does NSV stand for" so I googled it. Little did I know if I had just scrolled down you wrote it out right here! lol
