Low BLood sugar... if your not eating enough food... try eating a protein bar or other simliar bar .. a complex carb before your workout.0

that happens to me sometimes too. when i tense up my shoulder and neck muscles too much, my head will hurt. just to be safe i would go to the doc and get it checked anyways.

Too warm? Not enough air in the room?
Are you exercising indoors or out?
Water deficiency is always the first thing to look at but my biggest problem was blood pressure! I didn't realise how high it was and when I tried exercising at the beginning I thought my head was going to explode! lol
have you had a check up at the doctor recently? Always worth making sure everything is ok before you start a new exercise regime.
Good luck hun and keep us posted!0 -
I always get headaches when I don't eat some carbs before I work out. Try eating a complex carb a couple of hours before you go. Also, WATER! Drink lots and lots!
Work out headaches are no fun; I hope you figure it out!

Impossible to know without more detail on what exercises you're doing/your body type and stats etc, but I'd hazard a guess at one of two things
1. Dehydration. Make sure you drink enough before, during and after your workouts
2. Poor form. For example, if you hunch your shoulders or poke your chin forwards when doing cardio or weights etc it could very easily give you a headache
Hope you can resolve it soon0 -
Be sure to eat some food and drink water before the work out. And drink more than 300ml of water during your work out. I've had headaches from working out before too. It could also be stuffy in the room or your body not taking in enough oxygen. You should probably go to your doctor though and have a physical done so your doctor knows how much stress you should be putting on your body.0

How about working too hard?!?!? Now before you all yell at me listen to this. If I spend too much time above my target heart rate my head starts to pound. Now it is proven that high blood pressure causes headaches, maybe having your heart rate too high for too long causes headaches too?0

I normally eat a banana with a tablespoon of peanut butter before each workout but didn't today. But, I have noticed the headaches even when I did have that snack this week.0
