You're right. I'm going to take tomorrow off and then hit it hard on Tuesday. No problem with me not eating enough, I've been eating everything I can get my hands on for the past two/three weeks (since I've started to really push myself) - to the point where I wonder if I will gain...but not worried about it much.

I didn't feel like spending much on a sports bra - so I wear two of the cheapos and that works well.

If I fry mine, I add the oil to my food list separately. If boiled, I don't. So, let's say I fried a large egg. I add to my food list: 1 large egg, and also .5 tablespoon of coconut oil. I hope that helps.

Wall pushups at first....whenever you have a free moment, do as many as you can. Do that throughout the day. Then when you feel comfortable, do "lady" pushups or regular pushups throughout the day. No excuses!
