I listen to all kinds of music but last night I added a bunch of songs by Heart to my workout playlist.

Gwen Stefani/No Doubt have some good beats, but I'm a hard rock or alternative music girl when I'm in the zone. Puddle of Mudd, Local H, Queens of the Stone Age... all have fast songs, slower songs, long songs, to match pace to. Music sung by a strong female inspires, too. I shuffle it all up.

My is extremely eclectic. I download new stuff all the time. Right now I've got:
Wild wild love by Pitbull (great one)
    The Man by Aloe Blacc
    Timber featuring Kesha
    Clarity by Zedd
    Team by Lorde
Empire State of Mind by Jay Z
    Whistle by Flo Rida
    Demons by Imagine Dragons
    Wake me Up by Avicii
And several more, but those are kind of my go to songs at the moment.

Almost anything Abba believe it or not. The pace is consistent and because I know all the songs, I'm not totally distracted from what I'm supposed to be doing. :)

I listen to a lot of music so I can't just say a favorite. Right now I'm stuck on Justin Timberlake though.

I just go with the kind of music that I enjoy the most to begin with...
(shuffled around a bit to account for intensity changes/boosts)

    Slipknot - Before I Forget
    Mudvayne - Not Falling
    Pantera- Walk
    Godsmack - Awake
    Institute- Bullet Proof Skin
    Foo Fighters- Aurora
Nine Inch Nails - Head Like a Hole
    Tool - Lateralus
    Rise Against - Re-Education
    A Perfect Circle - 3 Libras

Street Corner Symphony - Rob Thomas - great pace keeper for running
The Man - Aloe Blacc is another good pace keeper - I run so I like these type of songs for that.
