Eggs all the same?
I've got eggs listed on my food list. However, I notice that it just says "egg"--still the same amount of calories, no matter how I prepare them (poached, fried, pickled, whatever).
Has anyone else figured a higher count for different preparations?

If I fry mine, I add the oil to my food list separately. If boiled, I don't. So, let's say I fried a large egg. I add to my food list: 1 large egg, and also .5 tablespoon of coconut oil. I hope that helps.0

I haven't been frying mine. Poaching or hard-cooking. Water has no calories (but I do count the mayo if used in a sandwich).0
