  • HI! I'm still here! I just started phase two this week. I like it much better than phase one as I feel that it is faster and more exciting. The first work out I burned 983 calories, last night I did 863. I haven't lost a ton of weight, but I'm toning like crazy!

  • I was doing it as aerobics, general. I got a heart rate monitor for mother's day, so now I use that instead and would recommend it if you can find a good deal. I am actually burning approx 3 times more calories than I thought I was using the calulator on here. I think Circuit training is good though.
