I don't see the harm in doing it twice in a day if you can do it :) I find that when I do it I struggle during but after a little while I feel ok... my weights are only 1.5kg but they hurt me. I'm about 130lbs so this is what works for me, just do what is a littttttle bit out of your comfort zone lol

My cat is 100% overweight, she doesn't eat the much but she's super lazy and barely ever goes outside. My dog was overweight but she gets dragged along on my walks and is shedding the "puppy fat" with me

shots or mix with diet soda. by shots though I mean like tequila or something... not some mixed grenadene thing or something like that (used to love fruit tingles shots, now they taste WAY to sweet and yuck and the amount of calories in something so small just isn't worth it
