I'm a girl and I prefer standard pushups. Knee pushups have always felt very unnatural to me. Just sayin'. ~C

I think it all depends on whether you like salads or not. I personally do side salads just for my daily veggies. That's about all. Plus all of the "good tasting" salads (especially the ones you get out to eat!) are sooooo high in calories. I don't want to waste my calories on something like that. I only get so many a day!

I'll be completely honest... I haven't cut them out. If sweets is something that you love, why should you have to get rid of them entirely? The trick is to look for ways you can have them. Small portions. (I love Ghiradelli chocolate squares. Individually wrapped. 70 cal each) Or baking with substitutes. Sweet and low may…

Just my personal opinion... but it does exist for people who are willing to make it happen. I'm not saying one person. I'm saying that two people who have to be committed to making true love happen.
