Keep going!! i was very sore as well. Now i m on week 3. I don't feel ready for it. there are some exercise that i cant do but i m pushing my self. Also i m on 1200 but surprisingly i m not hungry. My husband said that he can see changes in my shape but i still cant. Keep going !!!

Hi everyone. I'm doing body revolution. I do my main excersize in the morning and extra cardio in the evening. I'm starting week 2. I can't see changes yet as it's so early. Do you mind ladies if I add you ? It would be much easier if from time to time I could write to someone that does the same program. Also what is T25?

I drink lots of water so i pee all the time no matter I'm nervous or not ;) Thank you for your advice guys. Ill have my usual breakfast then. What should i do about drink then? My plan was drink just before the race because if ill drink before i leave there is big possibility ill need to go to the toilet few times.

I go to the gym lets say 3 times a week and i walk every day about 40 min. Can I one day i exercise eat 1500 and days I'm not 1200???

I missed 1 day and feeling bad about it. Definitely will be doing other DVD if i see changes that is :)

I gave up this morning with exuise that i need 1 day rest( im in pain ) but will do it in the evening cose keep thinking about it.

Thank you very much for all posts, its great help. My fitness level is quite low. I am running and in 3 weeks taking part in Race for Life 5K run ( will die at the end of it im sure).
