I can do the garter stitch pretty well, but thats it. I have learned it from the internet. I think I would do better if I had someone to sit down and teach me in person. Sure. I walk outside and do the wii as my two main workouts. On the wii I like the rhythm boxing, free step, advanced step, super hula-hoop... Who am I kidding? I love that thing!

I walk outside a lot. Dogs do make me nervous, but I just say a prayer and go on. Sometimes I carry a walking stick, but most of the time I forget to grab it as I go out the door. I have thought about getting some pepper spray, though.

I can't take a walk today because I forgot to charge up my mp3 player. See, if I can't take my music with me I won't be able to keep up a good pace. If I can't keep up a good pace, then I won't get my heart rate up, and if I don't get my heart rate up, then I won't get any cardio benefits, so what's the point? :wink: You…

Since about 4 years ago, I have lost more than a newborn calf, but not quite a 2 month old horse. I would like to go ahead and lose an additional small bale of hay.

I'm not a runner, but I love to walk for my workouts and three of my favorite songs to walk to are "Mercy" by Duffy, "Black Horse and a Cherry Tree" by KT Tunstill (I think), and "Attitude" by Wynona.
