That's my issue. I just don't like fruits and veggies so I figured a smoothie would make it easier.

It happens when I eat bananas plain as well. I'm assuming it's an intolerance but it still happens even without bananas added. I'm wondering if my body is trying to adjust to the foreign healthy food.. it's used to junk.

Usually about 15 Minutes or so.. I can never finish it. Half way through and im buckled over in agony

Thanks! There is no trainer or orientation (not that I know of) .. it's just the YMCA.. and I am SO nervous.. is that normal?! I'm so on the fence about it, I really want to start, but then I keep saying "What if I look weird" or "what if I'm the biggest person there?!" .. such a struggle!!
