I do use cups and spoons becauae I scan via the bar code and use a serving based on the recommended amount. I dont weigh Near but I don't eat a lot of meat. I have given up all junk food and sugars chips etc. The nutrition is has recommended 1500 calories a day and yes most days I dont eat that many calories becauae I eat…
