Totally agree, I keep a 2 litre bottle with me, work, home and gym. I'm probably drinking 8 litres a day. I find myself more alert and not snacking at all. It took a while to get used to and around 20 visits to the wc a day at the start, but it's worth it......

me to, I think it's important that you can see everything you eat and drink. IMO if I stopped logging one type of food then others would follow quickly, I need the discipline .

Brilliant work, I have recently started running. I'm currently running 10k with a little (I need a breather) half way through. Ive signed up for 2 10k runs in September and November. Hi and welcome. I agree, belly fat is the last to go.geel happy with my arms etc but feel unhappy about my belly fat. Start doing some running and core exersises. Theres an app called leaen to run, take a look......
