It depends on what I have. If it's allergies/sinus/cold I often lose my appetite.

When I don't feel good, this is so comforting! I love egg drop soup :)
-
There are lots of good videos on youtube! Good luck, just keep swimming :)

I'm really blessed with a family that will accommodate me, and they are so supportive. I always make side dishes (that they end up loving) and we do plenty of fresh vegetables. I do South Beach too :)

You can peel them & freeze them. Perfect for recipes or smoothies at a later time!
-
I like them, but not nearly as much as I thought I would. It's the peanut butter m&ms that once I start I can't stop.
-
I don't think it tastes at all like pasta, but it's very yummy & versatile.
-
I definitely see a difference, keep up the good work! :)

That was just brilliant ;)

You look wonderful, and you are completely adorable before & after!!

WW isn't bad, I did fine on it, but I lost weight very slowly. MFP is free, and I think easier.

I never feel guilty unless I go over. I have grown to love having them there to eat if I need to.

Almost all of the service members I know volunteer to serve. The benefits are secondary. I'm not 100% familiar with loan repayment, but I believe if you did qualify, you have to sign a waiver that you can not use the GI bill in the future. I could be mistaken.

I agree, if it is purely for schooling, joining may not be a good idea. School is a great benefit but you will deploy.

They both get deployed frequently, the duration is not always the same. Air Guard tends to be 6-12 mo & Army Guard 9-12. The physical requirements will be slightly different. It seems education is one of the alluring aspects for you. I can't speak for the Air side but on the Army side you can do something called college…

We have to drive too far to get to a chick-fil-a which is probably a good thing. They are yummy. You could always eat light all day & work the meal into your day. I have never had one of their shakes..I will have to try one or better yet get my husband to try one & sneak a taste of his! :)

We take turns. Tonight was my turn, I got up to get him advil & water.

I can only do wall push-ups, but someday I'll do real ones. I try to do 25-50 every other day.

You can freeze bottles of water & put it in your cooler to keep cold items cold. Apples, Raisins, cut up veggies are all great lunch items. Best of luck to you! :)

I can only use mine if we are home, and the same with the dryer & the oven.

Sometimes I think people are hesitant to talk to other people about their weight. For me, I have to lose quite a bit of weight for it to make a difference.

I'm not bringing any leftovers home, except for turkey.
-
I love turkey sandwiches, with cranberry sauce, mayo & stuffing. Sadly this year, this will not be happening.

I'm always ready for Christmas music around Thanksgiving. I just love the Holidays.

Not all carbs are bad & not everyone on a lower carb diet are idiots. Many people have medical reasons. I'm on a low carb diet supervised by my Dr. I eat a healthy amount of carbs, by choosing whole foods and complex carbs.

It always struck me as something someone with an ED would use as a mantra. To me, being a good steward of my body is my ultimate reward.

Netflix, The Walking Dead Just started season 2.

Being ahead of your goal, now that is something to be proud of! Great work :)

For me it's about family first, food second. If I have a plan before events come up, I always do well. Decide what your plan will be & rock it :)
