Although my family loves me anyway I am, they are all super supportive. They will often tweak recipes for me, or make me small treats I can freeze and have at a later date. I'm a happy girl ;)

I just finished all of the Giver Trilogy by Lois Lowry, and The Maze Runner series by James Dashner. Also recently I have read the ELE series by Courtney Nucklels & Rebecca Gober, The Plantation & The Dark Legion by Stella Samioutou Fitzsimons, Revolution 19 by Gregg Rosenblum, and Susan Kaye Quinns Mindjack series.

I didn't break anything or climb anyone out of rage, although it took oodles of self restraint today!!! I ate really well today despite wanting to eat poorly & be good tomorrow. I walked for 40 minutes.

I fast as part of my spiritual life, but I never do it to lose weight. It won't be a real loss, it's better to analyze & take stock of how it isn't working for you now & change that. Have you thought of a diabetic diet?

I *love* poptarts, I toast them and then spread butter on them. I can't remember the last time I bought any. My favorites are iced brown sugar, blueberry, strawberry & raspberry. I've never tried the chocolate flavors, this thread has me thinking it might be time to! I like the toaster strudels too, but I don't love them.…

I don't really like pie, and I super greatly dislike sausage. I also don't like potato salad or macaroni salad.

I'm on phase 2, loosely. If I have to have something sugary or not a complex carb, I work it into my day. I will never give up sushi, and we go generally twice a month. I have not seen any negative impact on my loss. I wish you all lots of luck! :)
