    4oz baked pork chop w/ my garlic mashed cauliflower (AMAZING!), and a bit of corn. My style of meat and potatoes ;)

    Today (I'm getting in a rut! lol) was hummus, pesto, cheddar and avocado on ezekiel bread with a banana on the side.

    My lunch today was deeeeelish! ^_^

    In one tupperware I mixed up a tuna salad made of tuna, light mayo, quinoa, sundried tomatoes, green onions, and caramelized white onions.

    In a second (larger tupperware) I tossed in 2 cups of chopped spinach, some pumpkin seeds, chopped cucumbers, and feta cheese.

    When lunch rolled around I dumped the tuna salad into the larger tupperware, added a spoonful of dressing, and shook it until it was AWESOME.

    today was vegetable soup and an apple. and some damn halloween candy in the office baaahhhh.

    sometimes it's a veggie sammich with hummus, other times leftovers. cottage cheese makes a good side. fruit, salads, sometimes just liquids. depends on the day.

    my favorite lunch, although expensive at a deli is fresh mozz and roasted red pepper with shredded lettuce and italian dressing on a roll. omg drool

    Sweet Italian sausage soup with zucchini, carrot, tortellini and basil, sautéed asparagus, a slice of angel food cake.
  • 6" subway club on wheat with american cheese, lettuce, onions, green peppers and honey mustard! My go to sub! Delicious and about 370 calories!
  • Something easy to pack and eat on the subway: Sara lee's 40 calorie bread with two tablespoons of PB2 chocolate with a side of Stacy's naked pita chips :)

    3-4Tbs homemade garden salsa
    all mixed in a bowl.

    I wanted some chicken too, but didn't have any.

    i am going to try this but with mashed chickpea instead of tuna (veg). sounds like good combination of foods!
