    8 oz. of soymilk with 1 1/2 scoop of Whey Vanilla Protein powder, and 5 slices of lunch meat turkey w/2 table spoons of hummus on it.

    Trader Joe's Tabbouleh salad mixed with a can of chunk light tuna in water (drained) with a few multigrain crackers. Really tasty and full of flavor, also totally simple to throw together. :)
