    Homemade vegetable soup (1 cup) and a turkey sandwich with 2oz turkey lunchmeat and 2 slices reduced bread. Yummy.

    I vacuum packed myself salads for the week in mason jars. So I just grab it out of the fridge in the morning and go!! Also, have some Fire Roasted & Olive Oil Triscuits.

    2nd day back to work and I didn't plan well. So I had a Ramen noodle cup and a breadstick. Very filling. Not the healthiest but it's within my calorie goal. Hitting Aldi's after work to make better choices tomorrow

    I had a chick-n-strips salad at Chick-fil-A. And unsweetened tea. I didn't use the croutons or sunflower seeds, and only used half the dressing. Mmmm. Yes, the grilled one is much healthier, but I decided to splurge. I had just finished 90 min. of horseback riding, caring for the horse, etc.

    Mustard - Classic Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp (5 g)

    Side of:
    Orange - Clementine, 1 clementines

    Drink:
    Sweet N' Low - Sweetner, 2 packet

    Generic - Brewed Ice Tea (Unsweetened), 25 oz

    My daughter and I had home-made veggie stir fry with shrimp. I buy the frozen Great Value stir fry mixes, and we each had a cup portion. Still have some left for lunch tomorrow!
