I have a FitBit, and have been using it since last Christmas-ish. I wear it 24 hours a day (except when showering!) It motivates me to move more, and helps me adjust on days when, for whatever reason, I'm less active. For those with FitBit's - just FYI they have AMAZING customer service. I flushed my first One down the…

I'm a 36DD, and run and play Ultimate Frisbee. I bought a Shock Absorber bra several years ago now and it's still going strong so even though it cost a LOT, it has been worth it. It does a great job holding everything in place too. I will also add my voice of support to the Lululemon Ta Ta Tamer, although I prefer the…

I am Jewish, so bacon is out for me. But I have tried turkey bacon and definitely not a fan. However, we recently found chicken bacon and prefer it. It cooks up more like real bacon (crispier).

I did Stage 1 Day 1 yesterday too!! I loved the step ups, cursed the push ups and jackknifes! SOOO HARD.

The wonky part is that I've used two of those doctor scales with the sliding weights and they are about 15+ pounds apart. *sigh* I would like to think I'm closer to the lowest one but that is probably wishful thinking. I'm just going with the same scale to keep it relative in terms of tracking weight loss. (Although I…

Wow, you look amazing!

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one! I guess I might need to adjust my goal weight though, now that I am learning to accept that I'm a med-small frame. :(
-
There are measurements you can take to determine your frame size: http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/fsz When I do elbow, I'm a medium frame, when I do wrist, I'm a small frame. So I guess I'm in between...

WOW You look AMAZING. You even looked good in the first pic - I weigh less than that and don't look as good as you did when you started! Keep it up!

Wow, way to go! What a difference!

It really seems to depend on the person, judging by all the other comments. At my heaviest (197 lbs), I was a 36DD. I'm down to 164 and... still a 36DD.

You should definitely be happy! Decreasing your BFP means you are getting healthier! Keep up the good work.

Slow and steady is the best way to do it! You look great! (And he is beyond adorable).

I'm 5'7" and weigh about 164 lbs. A little embarrassed to share this but if it helps... I wear a 10-12 in pants (depends on the brand, I almost fit in a 6 at Ann Taylor somehow). Usually a M in tops, sometimes a L (if it buttons, sometimes that isn't even big enough). I'm trying to tone up (especially my arms and belly).

Wow! You look amazing. And you give me hope that after I have my babies, I can get back to being a hot mama! (I am also 33 but have no kids as of yet).
