Not a nicotine user and just my morning coffee for Caffeine. I'm going to assume this was dehydration. I didnt even think about it when we left to go run.

Interesting. Come to think of it I did kind of tense up when I would run. I also have a history of tension headaches.

My husband is training for this right now. He is doing one in June. His training involves alot of running and he is adding in climbing large rocks, he runs up large hills, he's been turning his shower to cold at the end to get used to the "artic enema" . He mainly just finds things on his runs to run over or through or up.…

I agree with Body revolution. I really like it. Also what about Walk away the pounds with leslie sansone? Not intervals, its mainly walking/ jogging but she has different videos that throws some knee lifts and kicks and some ab stuff in i think. Not sure if you can get Beachbody workouts but maybe try 10 minute trainer?…

I had all that checked when I was pregnant but not in the past year. I wondered if that might be it. My mom has low thyroid (cant remember the correct term) and I think her sisters are all on thyroid medicine.

YES! I'm 5'2 and have been trying for a year now to lose my baby weight. I've gained 10# instead of losing any. So frusturated right now. MFP wants me to have 1200 calories but I upped it to 1400 because I was constantly hungry and my Lightly active calories I need to maintain is 2,000.

My fav is 1 Banana 2 cups spinach 2 Tablespoons peanut butter 1 Cup Dark CHocolate almond milk 1 Cup another fruit (depending on what I have on hand. I like to use something that isnt strong flavor so it blends with the peanut butter/chocolate better. I usually use Pear, Apple, Mango or peaches)

They really are not good for you. If you look at the ingredient list the first few ingredients are Water, sugar, corn syrup. You would be much better off getting a protein powder and making your own. Try making a smoothie with a protein powder and some fruits or spinach. You cant taste spinach at all and you get added…
