BOOST Drinks as snacks/daily caloric padding?

I'm finding that on a lot of days when I work (I work shift work as a hospital dispatcher and sometimes the days get a little crazy), I have a hard time meeting my calorie goal.
Outside of that, I've had a sensitive stomach for the last couple months and sometimes trying to eat a meal is really tough for me and it makes me super nauseous.
Recently I started drinking chocolate and vanilla BOOST Nutritional Drinks (http://www.boost.com/images/nutrition-orig-choc.gif) because they generally don't upset my stomach and help me ensure I don't intake too few calories.
I went grocery shopping with my pops the other day and he really wasn't fond of me drinking them (not really sure why haha). What are your guys' experiences with them? I'm trying to lose weight (and have been doing fine so far, just my finicky stomach had made things weird) and I make sure they fit into my daily caloric intake and I only have one a day (two at the most, depending on how the day goes).

Best thing is to get your digestive issues diagnosed and get back to eating real foods, you will mess with your hunger signals and have your body used to not getting a large meal if you continue relying on meal replacements. Have you tried making your own nutrition drinks in the firm of smoothies? Get a stick blender with its own cup/ beaker so you can carry the smoothie with you.0

They really are not good for you. If you look at the ingredient list the first few ingredients are Water, sugar, corn syrup. You would be much better off getting a protein powder and making your own. Try making a smoothie with a protein powder and some fruits or spinach. You cant taste spinach at all and you get added health benefits.0
