I will start this weekend. I've had a DVDs for awhile, but just not motivated. My restart will begin this weekend since we have a time change & it will be light later in evenings. I just watched infomercial this morning & ready to get going. Please add me as friend. Is there a MFP PIYO group I can join?

I completed 15 min on elliptical right after I worked in the yard for 3 hours.

So far I've completed at least 15 min everyday since challenge started! Most days I've done 30 min. I plan to keep going too. This was just what I needed.

Sounds like I'm in same group! I'm 5'4" 150ish & my goal is 130-135. Please add me as friend too. I need all the motivation I can get. I started recording MFP for 1 week & am already seeing/feeling results. I'm very motivated.
