    I did 30 mins today. Calves were aching in the first 5mins then eased off. Anybody else experience this?

    Yeah, make sure you stretch and warm up before you get on. I usually begin on level one and increase the effort every 5-10min. Take it easy.

    Thank you for the advice, I am not warming up or stretching first so will definitely start doing this properly in future.

    So far I've completed at least 15 min everyday since challenge started! Most days I've done 30 min. I plan to keep going too. This was just what I needed.

    I completed 15 min on elliptical right after I worked in the yard for 3 hours.
