Yeah, make sure you stretch and warm up before you get on. I usually begin on level one and increase the effort every 5-10min. Take it easy.0 -

So far I've completed at least 15 min everyday since challenge started! Most days I've done 30 min. I plan to keep going too. This was just what I needed.0

I completed 15 min on elliptical right after I worked in the yard for 3 hours.0
