Since it is already the 10th, I'll try for 45min for the rest of the month instead of the full 60. Just started tonight.
April 10 - 3 min "Bowflex Plank Workout" video from page 1 (with the last ~15 seconds normal planks instead of spiderman, that was already tough enough )1 -
I'm going to start tomorrow. 20 days to do 60 minutes, so I will do 3 minutes a day. I'll break this down to a 90 second plank in the morning and another 90 second in the evening2
