    Alright gang, going to give this another shot. March was a total bust for me. But, I've been in physical therapy for a few weeks now and I'm hoping I can start getting back to something normal-ish.

    Totally give this another shot. I was in the same situation. Jan was ok. Feb was a complete bust. March was good and April will be better!

    I'd like to join too, if I may!

    Since it is already the 10th, I'll try for 45min for the rest of the month instead of the full 60. Just started tonight.

    April 10 - 3 min "Bowflex Plank Workout" video from page 1 (with the last ~15 seconds normal planks instead of spiderman, that was already tough enough >:) )

    I'm going to start tomorrow. 20 days to do 60 minutes, so I will do 3 minutes a day. I'll break this down to a 90 second plank in the morning and another 90 second in the evening
