  • Hey everyone! I'm 35 years old, 5'10" tall. Just (re) started my weight loss journey in March. Down 50 pounds...but have another 60 to go. Trying to get to goal by year's end. Feel free to friend me and stay on me for accountability. Would love someone to check in with weekly, trade recipes, compare fitness goals, etc.

  • I get 1420 a day, but I've found www.sandyskitchenadventures.com to be a livesaver. I'm certainly not a chef and her recipes are fairly easy and offer great variety.
  • I'm heading on vacation to an all-inclusive resort (Dominican Republic) in a couple of weeks. I emailed the resort customer service email and requested they send a menu from each of the resort's restaurants. I sorted through and chose/highlighted the healthier options so i'm prepared.   • also, can you adjsut your settings so that the food journal doesn't automatically add the exercise calories into your calories for the day. For those that might not want to eat the exercise calories....
