HEMP is awsome & cheap. I get mine at walmart or sallys, its about $5. Works really good, & no streaking or blotches.

I take midol & it actually gives me so much energy I stay so busy I don't even think about food & I don't get that hungry. If I need chocolate I go for the kelloggs fiber plus chocolate bars. Their so good I feel like I'm cheating on my diet!

I have really bad stretch marks on my stomach too & have had a spray on tan, also use the tanning lotions. It helps a lil but its still very noticeable. Tanning outside helps lighten them up tho. Mine use to be pink & purple & since I started laying out at the beach they have lightened up alot. But they will never go…

I walk/jog at night & my area has alot of crime, not so much on the block I live at but a few blocks down is bad. I take one of my pit bulls with me, I'm not scared cuz they will fight till the death for me.

I use it to make stuffed bell peppers, tacos, & for spaghetti I use the jennie-o italian seasoned turkey.

Wow I do the same things! I thought I was the only one! But after breakfast I only input my dinner cuz that's my biggest meal. That way I know my limits for lunch and snacks.

I have 3 dogs. Stitch my brindle red nose American Pit Bull Terrier, Lelu my American Staffordshire Terrier, & Kujo my American Bull Dog/Pit Bull/Staffordshire mix. They are all rescues. Lelu I got at a shelter & my two boys I personally rescued. Pics in my profile.

I found a few workout videos on youtube called pop pilates. Its suppose to help you burn the fat on your stomach, mainly the lower stomach. I just started it 3 days ago so I can't say anything result wise yet. I'm trying to fight my baby pooch...

Ive heard too much fiber can actually make you constipated. Might be something you want to research. It affects everyone differently.

I do volunteer work for animal shelters & rescue agencies. I also rescue american pit bull terriers, get them healthy & find them a good home!

I get like that too, I found waiting to take my multi vitamins at lunch helped me alot. I take the once a day womans dieting vitamins. They give me that kick of energy I need half way thru the day.

My husband is the same way when it comes to eating healthy. Try veggies with toppings. Like a sweet potatoe with brown sugar & cinnamon, or green giants steamed veggies with cheese. Try adding different things he likes into the veggies. Hope this helps.

I'm with you on that! Times are hard right now, that's why I'm glad I found some awsome workouts on youtube! I did the pop pilates for the first time this morning & I loved it.

Im type O and I found that on the website the foods I don't eat to much are the ones it says not to eat alot of & the ones I crave alot it says are best for me. But im sure everyone is different.

I felt the exact same way before I found mfp. I was a huge stress eater and just didn't care even though I felt awful about my weight. I found keeping the junk food out of the house and putting in healthy snacks helped alot. I try to eat 3 healthy meals a day and when I need to snack I go for the fruits, veggies & nuts.…

No twinkies or snickers here! Junk food actually makes me sick, which I see as a good thing. I do wish they had a different category for the good sugars and the bad though.

It says my net is 158 am I doing something wrong? 1200 cals a day, I've ate 877 today and burned 719 calories.

Yes it does go up when I enter my exercise, but does that mean I should be eating more? Cuz I'm not hungry and I don't think I could force myself to eat that much more everyday.
