I started using myfitnesspal 4/11 and set it up to lose a pound a week. I only lost about 6 pounds after week 5. Thanks for your response. I actually bought a heart rate monitor last week and one day I burned more than the machine said and the next it said I burned fewer calories. Also, when inputting my diary, I tend to over-estimate if I can't bar code scan it. I'd rather say I ate too much than not enough. I will def try to keep…

I just got my Polar F4 on Fri and I worked out on Sat, only 19 or my 47 minutes was "in the zone". For me, it says my zone is 119-156. I am CONSISTENTLY at 160 or higher. So I am with you, don't know whether to slow it down or just keep going at my current pace.

I'm 5 6" and "big boned" as people put it. I would be ecstatic at 155! Was down to 157 a few years ago and in a size 10 but I didn't care about size. It was how i felt!

I am a huge soda drinker. I drink about 5 glasses of diet soda a day. I suffer from migraines and caffeine is the main ingredient in my headache med's so I know I couldn't quit cold turkey.
