Do they have Bendon outlet stores in the US? Microwave Scrambled eggs, can add whatever to them to make them different :) I use to put on a piece on a piece of toast and can eat on the run (microwave scrambled eggs stick together better than normal ones)

been doing mcdonalds chips and ice cream since i was so young! but i do peanut butter and ham on toast. baked kumara (sweet potato) on homemade hamburgers is the best combination ever.

The concept behind this could be that you don't pick at food? I know I do this as I work at a food place and I have a tendancy to pick at everythign but if you have gum in your mouth you can't/won't.

I love lime juice and a pinch of garlic mixed with a LITTLE light spreadable cream cheese, it goes a looong way and still give you the creamy flavour of other high cal dressings. Guess could add it to any of the 'light and free" dressings.

great change from weight watchers! better way of tracking as you have a full understanding of what you eat as opposed to how many 'points' you ate, and you get great motivation from the people here too. stick to it :)

i have the exact same problem, completely blew my calorie intake today but eating 2 peanut butter sandwiches. they are now going onto the no list!!
