I’ve had the same type of asthma for 35 years, I’m now on Fostair (uk prescription) a maintenance and reliever therapy one puff twice a day and I’ve never been better. Much more effective than salbutamol and a seperate preventer.

Increased from 1500 to 1850 and gained 6lbs. That was May and its still there and whatever I now do I cannot get rid of it! My actual TDEE is 2100 and that is measured not estimated...

I would be interested in the reduction of Alzheimers risk as that scares me most, yes the weightloss is great too, but having watched both my grandmothers dying in the last 10 months with it, if I could somehoe reduce the risk that'd be great.... Appreciate no human trials but it was interesting what the mice study showed.
