You are already more beautiful then they will ever be with that kind of an attitude. I am sorry to hear this happend. Some people just suck. Luckily most of the people at my gym are opposite of this but I occassionally still feel self conscious. I just try and use it as motivation to go harder.

My legs have always been bigger as well. I know that it can be frustrating but just keep working on them. Jogging, walking hiking, squats, lunges, dead lifts is what I have found works for mine. Yes this. Find ways to be more active together. Hopefully it works and you both get the results you are looking for. Also, sex can burn a lot of calories, and what is wrong with more sex.

So far this program has helped me lose weight in the little time I have used it because I am accountable and can see how the things I eat play into my health along with the exercise. Glad you are here, we can all do this together. Be patient and have fun.
