I like highest exercise times and highest calorie burn, but you need a HRM for that one and not everyone has one...ill try think of more....

my goal is to be down at least 5lbs come january...its hard tho cuz I lift weights and work with a personal trainer so my weight stays up there a bit from muscle, I think ill go by wanting my clothes to fit me again so my goal is to fit into my clothes from last yr by the end of January....gotta give up late night snacking…

I have been on for about 2 yrs now and Ive recently gained like 12lbs in the last yr. I workout and eat very healthy but usually dont count wknds. I am in the process of monitoring my thyroid and Its running high so may need to go on meds...Its so frustrating tho cuz I workout so good and eat good and I GAIN WEIGHT!!?…

looks like you eat alot of fast food and pre packaged food which is not good. it contains alot of sodium. try and eat cleaner like more fresh meats and fresh veggies and fruits. also, its good to switch up your workouts because after some time your muscles and body get used to the same old thing and so you need to "trick"…

definetly heart rate monitor. when I do jillian michaels 30DS my HRM reads about 180 calories burned in the 25mins and when I log it as circuit traingin on MFP its only like 3 off at 177....I really love my HRM it definetly make me workout harder and longer :)

yep same here on the weekends :( Its alot of fun but has definetly stalled any weight loss for me. I figure after summer is over itll be less partying and goin out boozin'..... cuz when I drink then I make poor eating choices as well
