what brand of HRM do you suggest?

I need to get a new HRM and I dont want to spend more than like 150.00. I was using the Polar F6 as of right now. any suggestions?? thanks!

    If I were going to purchase another HRM, I would get a Polar FT80 because of the data uploads/charts, training programs and GPS. It all depends on what you want to do with it too.

    Since I already have a HRM, I might look at purchasing a FitBit or BodyBugg.

    Garmins are great for running and for the gps too.

    I have the Polar FT4 and love it! Used to have an F6 (loved that too) and I can tell you the FT4 is very comparable as far as how it works. The new chest straps are much better though because you can put them in the washer (don't dry though!) and when it's time, you can replace the battery yourself. Not sure how much mine was as I got it as a present but I think they run around $70? Check your local sports stores to see if they might carry them and if there are any sales. A friend of mine got hers for about $50.

    I just picked up a Polar FT4 @ Target for about $45.00 on clearance and it was worth every penny.
