TRUE!! And prepackaged foods typically have A LOT of sodium, which just makes you retain water weight... You can add me if you want, although many days I go over & some days I'm under. LOL

Your sodium is pretty high. That will make you retain a lot of water. Try to avoid too many processed meats and look for more natural protein sources, like fish, chicken, eggs, cottage cheese, etc. Just my opinion. I am no expert. :smile:

I've been on here for just over 2 weeks & I'm always looking for new friends. I log in daily. I'm currently about 190-192 lbs. at 5'5" and trying to get down to 140. Thanks so much for the reply. It really has been bothering me not being below my calorie goal today. The odd thing is I'm more hungry today with eating more than I am when I eat less. I will try it for 2 or 3 weeks and see how it goes. Thanks again! :happy:
