  • I didn't realise there was an "old" and "new" schedule until I noticed one of my TF friends logging a "low HIIT" session...I don't have this workout. I am doing the "Advanced" 20 week schedule.

  • How about yoga meltdown? It will help your with flexibility and it will give you some extra stretches which will help with sore muscles from your main BR workout? Jillian's yoga is power yoga routine, so you get a higher burn than a traditional yoga session.
