thanks for the advice, and i am 28 and on birth control so my hormones should be pretty regulated. my skin is also on the dry side though when i was in high school it was pretty oily!

i was so pumped about completing my first 5k post-pregnancy that i did it in 26:47! a PR for me! i outran my pre-pregnant self lol can't wait to hear how everyone else does! :)

I had a wonderful, filling lunch today for 290 calories: heated 5oz can of tuna (drained the water) with 2 tbs salsa and 1 tbs hummus then on the side 22 mini pretzel twists to dip in another 1 tbs of hummus. So yummy!

we just finished one of those at my office, but there are very few of us here so the only reward was bragging rights lol. the competition to see who can keep it off is a good idea!

several people have mentioned a tattoo as a reward and i don't know why i never thought of that! i got my second tattoo as a reward for signing up and completing my first race (it was only a 3k but hey it was a start!).

by a tedious process of elimination usually. my baby was really fussy after almost every feeding. i knew my husband has an intolerance to milk so thats what i started with. once i eliminated it from my diet, no more fussy. her doctor confirmed and she's been great ever since.

There are a lot of evenings where I know how many calories I have left so I eat most if not all of them but don't end up logging the rest of what I eat. I need to get away from that habit, but not everything I eat is reflected.

I agree that proper footwear is a must! I thought I hated running until I got some actual running shoes instead of the old tennis shoes I figured were good enough. thanks for all the advice! i think i'm going to just stick with toning until i'm either satisfied that i have given it my best, or that i'm rocking a more tone physique. :)
