Thanks so much guys! I'm going to start fasting now and see if I can do the whole day tomorrow. Question: do you allow yourself weakness foods? For instance, baby carrots or liquids if you're feeling weak? I figure you'd drink water, but I'm talking tea or watery smoothies?

Maybe count out your calories in the morning and pack in gladware containers your meals, so that way if people are eating around you, you can grab something from your bag? I thought plateau happened when your body gets used to what you're doing, so I agree with Colleen in that you must mix it up! Change your exercises between cardio, strength training, yoga. For lunch and dinner (if I'm going to be on the go), I pack two servings (two cups) of quinoa with feta and spinach mixed in. I add red wine vinegar and lots of pepper. Yoplait 99% fat free fruit yogurt, bananas and oranges are also on my snack list.
