Really struggled this week but I have made it to 2 body pump classes this week. I just finished my absolute favorite--pure cardio. It's been good but tough! I've gotten through month 2 week 2 twice and quit before so this time I am determined to make it all the way through. This time I do feel I am able to keep up with the workouts better but it's still kicking my butt every day!

I've started insanity several times and also skip the recovery day videos because I get bored. This time my plan is to replace it with yoga.

I finished day 2 of level one today. Started on Thursday and then Friday I spent all day walking around Universal so I was exhausted when I got home and yesterday I ran. My goal is to do each level 7-8 before going on to the next. Happy that I made it through those awful side lunge with front raises without stopping today…

I finished day 3 today. I am also doing C25K so I will be alternating running with the DVD. I am pretty sore but feeling good. I am able to make it through the whole workout with no breaks and use 5 or 8 lb weights for most exercises :)

Done! This level is seriously kicking my butt. Today I managed 5 lb weights on the second strength session all the way through and I got through all the cardio without stopping once but that last strength circuit kills me.

Still here!! Been a crazy couple days... missed a few days this month but just decided to let those go instead of doubling up. Level 2 is kicking my butt!!

Felt sick the last 3 days but I'm back at it today. Can't decide if I'm going to double up a couple days or just forget about the days I missed and start level 2 on the 11th.
