I have had tremendous luck with Green Bags! Veggies last three times longer. But you have to use them as instructed - no twist ties, etc. The meat and cheese ones didn't work so well.

Reubens are one of the most fattening sandwiches anywhere....pastrami, grilled, thousand island dressing, cheese.

Go for the colonoscopy! It is really not as bad as we think....the prep can be tough, but also kinda feels good getting everything cleaned out!! My mother never had one and died of colon cancer. Knowledge is power! Good luck and best to your husband too!

I'm no expert, but it looks like you tend to be high on carbs and low on protein. Maybe try reversing that so you get a lot more protein and less carbs. Just a thought. Especially with the amount of exercise you are getting.

Try a place that recycles tires. That is what we do and get people always asking for our over-sized ones for working out. You could also try a land fill.

So happy to find this group - as it fits me perfectly! It is all too easy on those low-motivation days to just go home from work and veg. The dog doesn't seem to mind at all. :laugh:
