That's great! It is a very worthy cause that I hope that we don't have to ever call a "cause" again, because it will be eradicated one day. I always hope and pray for this.

I am challenging myself to get in 75 miles for the month, between everyday walking around in general, and walking on my treadmill and outside.

Thanks for the shout out! I am also up to 2% incline at almost 3 mph on Treadley, my treadmill. I have no cartilage left in either knee, so this is major for me, on top of trying to get out of the office and do the stairs here.

I am 20.6 miles into my 25 mile goal for the month.

I'm late to the party, but my goal is walking 25 miles on my treadmill (aka Treadley) or out in the parks or on trails, over the amount of mileage I put in on a regular work day.
