80 are done. I have yoga later and we work on abs a lot. So if I don't finish the last 70 at yoga, then i'll finish them up later on. and with just 80 my lower abs and quads are burning!

I have the same issue unless I take extra time to stretch. I stretched before, then after each set of 50, and I just got finished rolling my calves with an empty water bottle to help loosen the tightness. so hopefully I can walk tomorrow given that I took extra care of my calves. :wink:

I did 200 just standing. In between each set of 50, I stretched. My calves are bright and hot now after 200. so there's no way I would want to try 600. I say just pick a level and go with it. :smile:

I have weak ankles too, and I love New Balance. I can't think of the actual name of the shoe I wear. But if you go to a New Balance store, the staff should be able to help you. I just walk in, say I have weak ankles, and they lead me to the shoes I should look at. They will help with fit and give you tips and such too.

Unless it's yoga, I prefer to wear shoes. makes my ankles feel better :)

I slightly sprained my ankle a little while ago, and the stationary bike and the elliptical at the gym were great substitutes for me. And i didn't find yoga as an issue too much unless we were doing poses with a lot of pressure on the feet. I originally upset about the injury, but then I realized that I'm glad for it now.…
