100 SIDE LATS!

If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to beat your previous # by 5 or 10! Be sure to brag when you’re done!
You can go without weights of course, but if you add weight, don’t forget to brag!
Don't have weights? Surely there is something heavy around? A book? A couple of cans? Jug of OJ?
Break them up into sets if need be.
Post once to accept the challenge and again (before midnight!) when completed!

Did 5 sets of 20, apparently like everybody else. Did them after I was done with my circuit training, did them in the shower, did them when I was drying of, did them after eating dinner, and did my very last one right...... now.
Hurray. I love these challenges because I learn them and incorporate them into my daily routine.0 -
Done! 40 with 7lb weights, 20 with a resistance band and 40 with no weights.0
